Services and Scope
CycleFix Hub provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including safety inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Any service scope is confirmed after intake and mechanical inspection, and a final quote is issued only after the bicycle and relevant components have been reviewed.

Fees and Payment
Fees are based on the confirmed scope of work and the condition of the bicycle or components. Where a deposit is requested for a larger repair, the amount and payment terms will be stated before work begins. Accepted payment methods may include card, bank transfer, and cash on collection, as confirmed at the time of service.

Repairs and Parts
Repair timing depends on inspection findings, parts compatibility, and supplier availability. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price confirmation, and no completion date is guaranteed unless it has been separately confirmed. The workshop may decline or revise work if additional issues are identified during inspection or repair.

CycleFix Hub does not warrant that any bicycle will be failure-proof, suitable for every road condition, or free from future wear, misuse, or damage.
